Job summary

Oriental Coffee International in Malaysia is seeking a customer-facing team member for our Johor Bahru outlet. You will ensure tea procedures are followed, maintain cleanliness, and handle fresh ingredients while providing a friendly service.

Ideal candidates have at least SPM or equivalent and some related experience. The role requires bilingual/multilingual communication and a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and public holidays. We offer a competitive package and benefits.
