Job description

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the outlet's recipes and service standards. Key duties include taking and preparing drink orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, ensuring proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredients, monitoring bar stock and reporting replenishment needs, and providing friendly and professional customer service. The Bartender is also responsible for maintaining bar equipment, minimising wastage, complying with company SOPs and applicable safety requirements, coordinating with the Front of House and kitchen teams, and performing other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
