Responsibilities

• Oversee bar/lounge daily shift operations and supervise staff.
• Promote lounge, menu planning, maintain standards, assist servers during peak periods.
• Manage liquor inventories and enforce budget controls.
• Ensure guest and employee satisfaction and compliance with liquor laws.
• Train staff on liquor policies and supervise staffing levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback.
