Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations of bar/lounge and supervise staff.
• Promote the lounge, assist menu planning and maintain standards.
• Assist servers on the floor during peak periods and manage liquor inventories.
• Ensure guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to budget.
• Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with liquor laws and bar policies.
• Participate in menu development and promotional activities.
• Support HR activities including new hire training and corrective actions.
