• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CMFAS) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate UOB financial products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring compliance with UOB policies and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to position UOB's solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service and product delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and client information in the CRM system.
• Adhere to all UOB ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
