Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in banking operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Process customer requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to mitigate operational risks.
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in system testing and upgrades to ensure smooth implementation and functionality.
• Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
