Job summary

Responsibilities

• Processing Transactions: Prepare and process transactions such as stop payments, account closures, and refunds according to the set procedures.
• Monitor Account Statements: Regularly monitor account statements for any suspicious or fraudulent activities.
• Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts and provide prompt responses.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all transactions and correspondence for future reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the bank to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on transaction processing and account monitoring activities.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to new employees on the processes and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the operation processes and propose solutions.
• Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures at all times.
