Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation and system enhancements within a banking environment. The role requires managing projects from initiation through closure, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring governance, quality, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management, experience with full project lifecycles, and preferably banking/financial services exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience in software implementations.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle (initiation to closure).
• Banking/financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT system implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project charters, plans, schedules, budgets and implementation strategies.
• Manage scope, timelines, costs, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
