Job summary

Achieve Group in Kuala Lumpur is urgently seeking Banking Customer Services personnel for fresh graduates and experienced candidates to handle inbound calls and inquiries.

You will answer product and service questions, identify and resolve customer problems, and ensure a high level of service in a fast-paced banking contact centre. Weekend and night shifts are required for this role.

Qualifications
