Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow bancassurance sales through bank partnerships. You will build long-term relationships with key decision makers and implement distribution programs to meet quotas.

You will create demand for AIA's products by aligning client needs with the benefits of our offerings, while coordinating with your account team to deliver exceptional service across channels in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in bancassurance or financial product sales.
• Ability to build relationships with bank decision makers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience meeting individual/team quotas.

Responsibilities

• Improve AIA product sales through banks to meet quotas.
• Build long-term relationships with bank stakeholders and influencers.
• Create demand by aligning product benefits with client needs.
• Develop and coordinate bancassurance distribution programmes for banks.
• Handle accounts as part of a larger account team or named accounts within a geography.
