Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Insurance or related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Good with Excel.
• Fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and able to work under pressure.
• At least 3-month internship period.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification.

Responsibilities

• Exposed to and having hands-on experience in managing daily operations of the Department.
• Attend and handle enquiries from customers and business partners.
• Process refund for Fire and all Personal lines product.
• Record accurately all transactions on a daily basis.
• Process requests for stationery, filing, storage and admin/mailing tasks.
• Prepare listing to Finance on receipting and journal weekly.
• Continuously review and update/document the administrative rules and processes for effective and efficient operation of the sections.
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.
