Job summary

Allianz Malaysia offers an internship to support the Corporate Clients & Solutions Sales team with administrative and operational services for Employee Benefits. You will gain hands-on exposure to policy administration, reporting, billing, renewal management and customer service in a dynamic insurance environment.

Interns develop technical and analytical skills, building a solid foundation in insurance operations while contributing to service excellence and team goals during the placement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing/possessing a relevant Finance/Accountancy degree or diploma.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work in a team.
• Interest in insurance operations and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and prepare policy related reports including claim listings, member listings, SOA, SOB, and premium listings within turnaround time.
• Assist in sending renewal reminders and renewal related administrative activities.
• Process and issue E-billing requests promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries via Microsoft Teams with timely follow-up and escalation.
• Provide administrative and operational support for urgent requests and ad-hoc tasks.
