Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and able to learn new tools.
• Willing to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to automate routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Back office operation support
• Signature verification, scrutiny and create service in system
• Perform endorsement / changes to policy contract
• Involved in scanning of documents to upload
• Documents acknowledgment, sorting, updating of incoming mails & dispatching outgoing mails
• To process / approve various types of financial and non-financial endorsement
• Registration claims documents and underwriting submissions
• To process PB requests
• General Administration task includes dispatching work
• To ensure compliance with the SOP for Personal Data Protection and ASIDM
• To ensure compliance of FSA 2013, SOPs, Guidelines & Procedure issued by relevant bodies
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by management
