Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging presentations and training materials.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Map out the current processes of all the workflows for Banca.
• Identify the responsibilities of each team member.
• Suggest ways to improve or automate processes.
• Identify current training programs, materials, and events for the frontline.
• Work with insurers and the Bancassurance team to enhance training processes and materials.
