Responsibilities

• Promote Tokio Marine life-insurance products to Bank customers, including Whole Life, Endowment, Medical and Investment Linked plans.
• Perform needs-based selling by understanding customer goals and protection needs.
• Explain product features, charges and provide quotations and disclosures to customers.
• Assist customers with premium payments, policy enquiries, servicing and claims matters.
• Prepare and execute sales plans from Bank leads and self-generated leads to acquire and retain customers.
• Collaborate with other sales staff on campaigns to drive cross-sales and revenue growth.
• Plan cross-selling to increase customers' wallet share and branch revenue.
• Schedule appointments, conduct sales visits, and engage with customers.
