The role emphasizes needs-based selling, clear product explanations, quotations, and smooth servicing of policy matters.

This position focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining regular contact with customers, and collaborating on campaigns to drive acquisition and retention in a branch-driven banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote, introduce and market Tokio Marine life-insurance products to Bank’s customers (Whole Life, Endowment, Medical, Investment Linked).
• Conduct needs-based selling by understanding customer financial goals, protection needs, saving and retirement needs.
• Explain product features, charges and provide quotations and product disclosures to customers.
• Assist customers with premium payments, policy enquiries, policy servicing and claims-related matters.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans from Bank leads (LMS) and self-generated leads.
• Collaborate with other sales staff on branch/region campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
• Plan cross-selling/up-selling to increase customers’ wallet share and revenue.
• Set appointments, sales visits, prospecting and engagement with customers.
