CIMB invites applications for a Financial Services Consultant specialized in Bancassurance to serve our branch's retail and high-net-worth clients with protection, savings and wealth strategies. You will analyze client needs, present tailored insurance and investment solutions, and work with relationship managers to drive revenue while delivering compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Certifications: local regulatory certifications for insurance advisory (e.g., PCE/CEILI, CMFAS Module 5/9/9A, or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of proven sales or financial advisory experience in retail banking, bancassurance, or insurance distribution.
• High-performing fresh graduates with a strong sales drive and relevant internships are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Conduct financial health checks to identify protection gaps, retirement goals, and investment objectives; recommend bancassurance solutions.
• Drive bancassurance product penetration using the bank’s internal data and branch referrals, alongside relationship managers.
• Convert warm leads and build active client referral pipelines with high conversion rates.
• Deliver high-touch advisory services, handle policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC, internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and underwriting/regulatory changes.
