CIMB Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Life Insurance Specialist for the Commercial Bancassurance team. You will work with Relationship Manager and insurance providers to drive bancassurance income, cross-sell to SME & Business Banking clients, and onboard new business while ensuring compliant, profitable growth.

Responsibilities include advising on holistic insurance solutions, coordinating with internal teams and providers, and tracking sales performance through timely reporting.

Competenze

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business studies or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant financial sales experience, preferably banking & insurance related.
• Proficiency to converse well in Bahasa & English. Chinese and/or dialect are added advantages.

Mansioni

• Generate bancassurance fee-based income by cross-selling and upselling to SME & Business Banking portfolios.
• Onboard new business in collaboration with internal sales teams and life insurance providers; monitor performance and take corrective action.
• Work with Relationship Manager/ Team Head to implement effective sales strategies for insurance solutions.
• Maintain high compliance and sales discipline in accordance with bank and regulatory guidelines.
