Fuji Bakery Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd in Puncak Alam, Selangor is seeking a highly capable Production Manager to oversee our bakery manufacturing operations, optimise production schedules and ensure quality and safety across the facility.

The role requires 5+ years in production management, strong leadership, planning, ERP proficiency and a focus on continuous improvement within a food manufacturing setting. Opportunity for career growth in a growing company.

Formación

• 5+ years in production management or supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and logistics in food/bakery.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of quality control and food safety standards.
• Experience with production management software and ERP systems.
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily production activities to meet orders.
• Oversee production operations across all shifts and targets.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to reduce waste.
• Monitor quality and take corrective actions when needed.
• Supervise and mentor the production team; manage staff performance.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with QA, sales and logistics for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
