Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook according to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory for bakery and hot kitchen; place orders as needed.
• Maintain high standards of food prep, service and hygiene.
• Collaborate with Cafe Manager to plan new dishes with seasonal ingredients.
