Job summary

The role requires at least 8 years in a luxury hotel kitchen, strong English skills, and a health certificate. Prior international hotel experience is preferred, with hospitality or culinary education considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in a luxury hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget and control costs within approved budget.
