Job summary

Bean Brothers' central production kitchen in KL and PJ is seeking a Baker who takes pride in consistency, shows up ready to work, and wants to build real craft. You follow the production schedule, bake to standard, and keep your station clean and stocked, with opportunities to grow into a senior role.

You will prepare breads and pastries to daily standards, follow recipes, execute the daily schedule, monitor stock levels, and maintain food safety during your shift.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Baking preferred.
• Able to work early mornings (start 4 AM) in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in doing things right.
• Team player — you support the whole kitchen, not just your section.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and baked goods to daily production standards.
• Follow recipes accurately — consistency batch to batch is your standard.
• Execute your section of the daily schedule and meet output targets.
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout your shift.
