Job summary

PEOPLE BKI in Sabah is seeking a bakery operative to prepare and bake bread, sourdough, and pastries while upholding quality and hygiene standards.

You will measure ingredients, operate bakery equipment safely, monitor stock, and assist with packing. The role requires willingness to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays, plus punctuality and teamwork. Experience in bakery is an advantage; basic knowledge of baking; be responsible and able to follow food safety procedures.
