Job summary

M&J Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify and secure corporate recruitment clients across staffing and executive search solutions.

You will conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings with owners and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, present tailored recruitment proposals, and close strategic deals while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Staffing, Executive Search, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in recruitment agency, staffing, HR solutions, or professional services sales is advantageous.
• Proven ability to acquire clients, generate leads, negotiate, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients for recruitment, staffing, and executive search services.
• Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other activities to generate qualified business leads.
• Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision-makers to understand hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full sales process, including proposals, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled.
• Guide and support the recruitment sales team in client acquisition, follow-ups, and achieving targets.
• Monitor market opportunities and identify potential industries and companies for expansion.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates to management.
