Job summary

Instamedia, a Malaysia Digital status company based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to own end-to-end ad funnels. You will plan top-to-bottom funnel, build landing pages, run ads, and collaborate with the team to tailor content for each stage.

Success is measured by more qualified inquiries at lower cost per lead. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, plus skills in landing page builders and conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta with measurable results.
• Experience planning full-funnel campaigns including retargeting.
• Ability to build/edit landing pages in no-code builders (Webflow/Framer/Unbounce/WordPress).

Responsibilities

• Plan full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Build and test landing pages and lead forms for each campaign and offer.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking across pixels, tags and analytics.
• Launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
• Build audiences, retargeting and lookalikes to move people down the funnel.
• Manage budgets and report weekly on spend, cost per lead and lead quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative to tune content for funnel stages.
• Hand qualified leads to Business Development and refine targeting.
