Job summary

The Top 10 of Malaysia, published by RHA Media Sdn Bhd, seeks a sales hunter to win new business for event and media solutions. This is a dedicated outbound sales role focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing clients. Prior experience in events, media or related B2B services is preferred.

Strong communication, confident discussions with business owners and senior stakeholders are required. Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field is an advantage; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in events or media.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong client-facing communication and self-driven lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new business for our media and event solutions via calls, meetings and networking.
• Prospect via cold calls, emails, and meetings; build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly revenue and activity targets and present tailored sponsorship packages.
• Hand over closed deals to the delivery team at handover stage.
