Job summary

Visa Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Analyst to plan, design and deliver client marketing activities (B2B) in the market, reporting to the Head of Country Marketing and Head of Mktg Services as part of the Country Team to accelerate business growth.

You will drive marketing programs, manage budgets, track ROI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize investments and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in consumer and client marketing management across financial, payments, e-sports, lifestyle marketing or technology industries.
• Strong project management and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work with clients and partners in cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Marketing Services/VAS revenue target for Visa clients and lead key client marketing programs with cross-functional teams.
• Support Head of Country Marketing in key marketing programs.
• Help manage the marketing budget and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Drive local campaign reporting, ROI tracking, and data integration.
