Job summary

Lifetech CS Sdn Bhd in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Sales Representative to join our IT solutions team. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting a broad range of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, security, and professional services.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Business/Marketing or related field required.
• Sales experience in IT, system integration, technology, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in IT sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Positive attitude, proactive and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell IT solutions, products, and services including servers, workstations, storage, networking equipment, firewalls, CCTV, access control systems, software licenses, IT infrastructure, fibre optic cabling, and managed services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales opportunities until closure.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product briefings as required.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
