Job summary

Lifetech CS Sdn Bhd in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Sales Executive to grow our IT solutions business. You will develop new opportunities, nurture existing customers, and promote our servers, workstations, storage, networking, security, and managed services.

Work with our technical team and partners to translate customer needs into effective IT solutions. Candidates with IT or business backgrounds, strong communication and Mandarin proficiency will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Sales experience in IT, system integration, technology, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Multilingual communication: English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell IT solutions, products, and services including servers, workstations, storage, networking equipment, firewalls, CCTV, access control systems, software licences, IT infrastructure, fibre optic cabling, and managed services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales opportunities until closure.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product briefings when required.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing IT System Integrator (SI) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and promoting our range of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, security, and professional services.

You will work closely with our technical team and technology partners to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

Job Requirements
