Job summary

Lifetech CS Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to join our IT System Integrator team. You will develop new business opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships, and promote our range of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and security solutions.

The role requires a Diploma in IT or related field, and sales experience in IT or B2B is an advantage. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales experience in IT, system integration, technology, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in IT sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell IT solutions, products, and services, including servers, workstations, laptops, storage, networking equipment, firewalls, CCTV, access control systems, software licences, IT infrastructure, fibre optic cabling, and managed services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales opportunities until closure.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product briefings when required.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
