Job summary

DELIFOOD MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow our food manufacturing business and lead a new sales team. You will work directly with the Managing Director to expand our customer base and client portfolio.

The role focuses on finding new B2B and OEM customers, developing strategic sales plans, and recruiting and guiding a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in food manufacturing, food ingredients or FMCG.
• Experience leading or building a sales team.
• A proven record of winning customers and growing sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Find new B2B and OEM customers and grow existing accounts.
• Develop a sales plan and manage the sales pipeline.
• Recruit, train and lead a sales team.
• Work with management on pricing, customer needs and sales targets.
