Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical and electronic components.
• Experience in industrial electronics, factory automation, or related industries is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop new markets and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding delivery schedules, stock availability, and product defect issues.
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, orders, and ongoing business opportunities.
• Support customers by providing appropriate products and solutions based on their requirements.
