Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING is seeking a B- Specification Executive (Interior Building Materials, Wood) to collaborate with architects, interior designers, and developers to specify products in projects and drive branding initiatives.

You will maintain a strong project pipeline, strengthen Greenlam brand specifications in banking and franchise projects, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless sales management and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in architecture/interior design/engineering or related sales/marketing.
• At least 3 years in building materials or architectural products with proven sales specs.
• Knowledge of product specifications and project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and developers to specify products in projects.
• Lead branding and presentations to position company for major institutional projects.
• Maintain project pipeline and market presence with current clients for repeat business.
• Grow Greenlam brand specifications in banking and franchise projects through engagement.
• Track specification progress and convert specs into sales.
• Enter visit details, samples, and client data into Salesforce CRM.
• Provide market insights to management for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service to ensure sales and deliveries.

• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and developers to ensure products are specified in their projects.
• Drive branding initiatives and strong group presentations to establish the company as the top choice for significant institutional and business projects.
• Maintain a strong project pipeline and market presence with current clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Strengthen and grow Greenlam brand specifications in banking and franchise projects through proactive engagement and sustained relationships management, with key decision-makers and architects and ensuring continued inclusion in project standards
• Track specification progress, success rates and manage follow-up activities to convert specifications into sales.
• Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.
• Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven track specifications and sales track record.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and project tracking tools.
