Job summary

Jora Malaysia, Masai, Johor, seeks Senior Service Technicians to support site visits including machinery installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. Based in Masai/Johor, the role requires travel to customer sites.

Required 3–4 years in machinery installation or maintenance, a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, and own transport. English proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–4 years’ experience in machinery installation or maintenance.
• Experience with Electrical Control Panel, Instrumentation and HVAC systems.
• Willing to travel outstation and own transport is required.
• English language skills are an added advantage.

We are hiring Senior Service Technicians to support site visits, including machinery installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role is based in our Masai,Johor office and involves travelling to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & maintenance of the machinery.
• Troubleshoot machine glitch and making sure that machines are restore with lowest lost time.
• Offer suggestion of spare parts to customer during maintenance and repair work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in machinery installation or maintenance preferred with Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Wireman (PW4), Chargeman (AO), or equivalent.
• Experience in Electrical Control Panel, Instrumentation & HVAC System
• Willing to travel outstation
• Ability to speak and write English will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must have own transport.
