Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING in Masai, Johor is seeking a Senior Service Technician to support site visits, including machinery installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The role is based at our Masai office and involves travel to customer sites.

You will install and maintain machinery, troubleshoot glitches, and suggest spare parts during service calls. Candidates should have 3–4 years of relevant experience with electrical/engineering certifications, good English, and own transport.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in machinery installation or maintenance.
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Wireman PW4, Chargeman AO, or equivalent.
• Experience in Electrical Control Panel, Instrumentation & HVAC System.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• English language skills (spoken and written) are an advantage.
• Own transport is required.

• Troubleshoot machine glitch and restore with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer suggestion of spare parts to customer during maintenance and repair work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in machinery installation or maintenance preferred with Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Engineering, Wireman (PW4), Chargeman (AO), or equivalent.
• Experience in Electrical Control Panel, Instrumentation & HVAC System
• Willing to travel outstation
• Ability to speak and write English will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must have own transport.
