This role oversees and enhances day-to-day service delivery across incident, change, request, and problem management, ensuring operational excellence and service reliability. The position focuses on optimizing cloud infrastructure through advanced administration of Azure services, automation, and performance tuning to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
