Job summary

Flowtec Group is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to design and position AWS-based application solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and AWS specialists to translate business needs into scalable cloud-native architectures.

You will lead technical discussions, craft costed proposals, and demonstrate how Java and frontend technologies fit modern architectures with DevSecOps practices and IaC tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience designing application solutions on AWS in a customer-facing or presales environment.
• Strong knowledge of Java development and modern frontend frameworks.
• Understanding of AWS compute, storage, and networking services.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements and translate them into solution concepts.
• Design and present scalable, secure, and reliable application architectures on AWS, including proposals and cost models.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Apply application development expertise (Java) with modern frontend technologies to shape solution design.
• Embed DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and secure development principles.
• Prepare solution documentation and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
