The successful candidate will manage diverse projects, coordinate with Product and Technology, and influence senior stakeholders and external clients through strong communication and diplomacy.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Project Management, Business Analysis, or related improvement areas (e.g., Lean).
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to influence external clients.
• Experience with asset management or investor services is desirable.
• Strong understanding of PM/BA methodologies; PMP/CBAP advantageous.
• Excellent command of English; able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and coordinate multiple complex projects across Operations with Product, Technology, and clients.
• Provide sophisticated analysis to define problems and influence strategic decisions.
• Formulate detailed project plans with effort and cost analyses to mitigate risks.
• Build and lead project teams; act as SME to guide stakeholders.
• Serve as trusted partner to clients and internal partners; communicate diplomatically.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and controls as needed.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to differentiate Citi's services.
