Job summary

Citi is seeking an Operational Readiness Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. You will work with technology, product, and operations teams to shape funds-related processes, lead project workstreams, and translate data into actionable outcomes to improve service quality across the business.

The role requires 5–7 years in analytics/operations, experience in transfer agency within funds, and a degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in analytical, operations, or business analysis roles.
Transfer Agency experience within the funds industry.
Experience in funds operations and processes.
Ability to lead project tasks independently with minimal oversight.
Strong written and verbal communication across technology, product and operations teams.
Attention to detail when reviewing data and shaping recommendations.
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

Lead project workstreams independently from requirements gathering through delivery.
Analyze internal and external market metrics to support decision-making across the function and client groups.
Review data quality items, production reviews, and trending reports to identify patterns and risks.
Segment complex data sets based on customer behavior to inform targeted recommendations.
Prepare data quality reports and present analytical findings to management.
Identify operational risks and support compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
