Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd invites an AVP, Senior Exec, User Testing (Channels & Digital) to lead end-to-end UAT across retail banking apps in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate testing, review requirements and plan coverage to ensure quality sign-off.

The role requires 5+ years in functional testing for retail banking and familiarity with self-service and mobile channels, plus strong communication. You will mentor staff and document procedures during disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional testing in retail banking domain.
• Knowledge of self-service and mobile banking channels.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Automation testing tools experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and manage user acceptance testing for retail banking applications.
• Review requirements, plan testing coverage and ensure quality verification.
• Document defects, track issues and support deployment readiness.
• Provide training and create user manuals and operating procedures.
• Support production issues and customer inquiries as needed.
• Participate in country and group level projects and drive process improvements.
• Assist in audit findings resolution and disaster recovery testing.
