Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and Malaysian employment laws.
• Experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• High attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Good planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee integration.
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination and employee records.
• Drive performance management initiatives and support talent development efforts.
• Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary processes and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes and support organizational capability building.
• Analyse employee turnover trends and recommend retention strategies.
• Contribute to HC transformation projects, process improvements and change management initiatives.
