About the role

The Assistant Manager, Human Capital (HC) is responsible for supporting and executing the company's Human Capital strategies, policies and operations. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development, payroll coordination, HC compliance and policy implementation. The incumbent is expected to operate independently, provide sound HC advice and ensure efficient delivery of Human Capital initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities
