BENSCO Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive (Automotive Spare Parts) to expand the brand in Malaysia from a Batu Caves office. Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required, with full product and sales training provided.

You will visit customers daily, build strong relationships, and pursue new accounts while achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring timely collections. Vehicle ownership and willingness to travel are essential.

Competenze

• Fresh Grad & No Experience welcome (experience in automotive/spare parts is an advantage).
• Must possess own vehicle and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel frequently to visit clients and workshops.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Mansioni

• Focus on market expansion and brand awareness for BENSCO car spare parts.
• Visit customers daily (workshops, stockists, and auto spare part dealers) to build long-term relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and secure new accounts.
