Job summary

Arvion Services in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Executive - Consultant to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, ensuring maximum reliability and safety. You will identify issues during inspection, recommend repair procedures, and ensure all work meets required standards.

Office Location: Jalan Nautika A U20/A, Pusat Komersial TSB, Sungai Buloh, Selangor. A qualification in automotive engineering and hands-on repair experience are essential, along with a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• MLVK Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive car repair.
• Valid driving license is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine, mechanical, and electrical components to diagnose vehicle issues.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and functionality issues.
• Prepare technical reports with clear comments on vehicle issues and symptoms.
• Carry out routine maintenance, including fluid replacement and servicing.
• Conduct vehicle test drives for troubleshooting and repair verification.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair cost, time, and required work.
• Maintain clear records and logs of repair and maintenance work.
• Follow workshop procedures and maintain high safety and workmanship standards.

What Will You Do:

• Inspect engine, mechanical, and electrical components to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify faults and functionality issues.
• Identify Body & Paint-related issues during vehicle check-in and pre-inspection.
• Prepare technical reports and provide clear comments on vehicle issues and symptoms.
• Inspect engines, transmissions, machines, and other vehicle components.
• Carry out routine maintenance, including fluid replacement, lubrication, and other servicing work.
• Conduct vehicle test drives for troubleshooting and repair verification.
• Repair, replace, or rectify damaged and dysfunctional vehicle parts.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair cost, time, and required work.
• Recommend future maintenance and advise customers on proper vehicle care.
• Maintain clear records and logs of repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure workshop equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Follow workshop procedures and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• MLVK Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Automotive Engineering.
