Job summary

DIRECT IMPORT CONCEPT SDN BHD in Klang, Selangor is seeking a Customer Service / Service Advisor to greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs. This contract runs for three months at our Bandar Bukit Raja location, with hours 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

You will provide expert advice on maintenance and repair options and promote services such as Body and Paint, Coating Detailing, PPF and Wrapping, and car accessories, ensuring high customer satisfaction

Job description

Contract period: 3 months

Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.

Operation hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday) 9 am to 1 pm (Saturday)
