Job summary

3 MAX CAR ACCESSORIES SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Advisor in Malaysia who is energetic, confident, and customer‑oriented. You will assist customers in the automotive modification sector, understand their needs, and recommend products or services. You will handle enquiries across walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and social media, and assist in promotions and content creation.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. While prior sales or automotive experience helps, it is not required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable automotive products, accessories, and services based on customer requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Participate in short-form video content, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Present and explain automotive products clearly and confidently to customers and on camera.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotional campaigns and daily operations.
• Stay updated on automotive products, trends, and new developments in the modification industry.
