Job summary

Recengine Auto Sdn Bhd invites ambitious automotive sales professionals to join our Klang outlet. You will drive sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable vehicles, and guiding them from inquiry to delivery.

We value proactive, results-driven individuals who can leverage social media and referrals to meet targets. Attractive basic salary plus commission, with potential for five-figure earnings. Training and product knowledge are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage
• Willing to prospect, follow up, build referrals and generate leads
• Proactive, target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong follow-up discipline with daily activity management and CRM compliance

What You’ll Do

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Utilise social media, online platforms and personal networks to generate new leads.

Handle enquiries, quotations, test drives, follow-ups and sales documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Preferably 25-40 years old, with maturity, energy and strong sales drive.

Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience is preferred but not compulsory.

Preferably living or working within 10km of the Klang outlet.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

Willing to prospect, follow up, build referrals and generate leads.

Able to use social media to promote products, promotions and personal sales content.

Proactive, target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented.

Strong follow-up discipline with good daily activity management and CRM compliance.

Willing to participate in roadshows, weekend activities and team initiatives.

Demonstrates career stability and genuine long-term interest in automotive sales.

Attractive Basic Salary + Commission. Up to 5-Figure Earnings!
