Job summary

As a sales-focused position, you will promote financing products, develop opportunities, and guide customers through the application process while building strong relationships with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Sales driven with proactive, self-motivated mindset.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's automotive financing products and services to customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, financing applications, and sales progress.
• Guide customers through the financing application process and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely application submissions.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information to identify business opportunities.
• Deliver professional customer service and uphold the company's brand image.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
