Job summary

Jia Ming Auto Services Sdn. Bhd. is expanding in Malaysia and focuses on automotive financing, vehicle sales, and e-hailing services within a growing group. The role offers a competitive base salary with commission and comprehensive training, located at Wisma BH, PUDU.

As a sales-focused position, you will promote financing products, develop opportunities, and guide customers through the application process while building strong relationships with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Sales driven with proactive, self-motivated mindset.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's automotive financing products and services to customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, financing applications, and sales progress.
• Guide customers through the financing application process and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely application submissions.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information to identify business opportunities.
• Deliver professional customer service and uphold the company's brand image.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

Promote the company's automotive financing products and services to customers, dealers, and business partners.

Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Job Requirements

Must Have
