JAC Recruitment is seeking a Manager to lead a new business team in Malaysia. You will drive development of innovative business models for the automotive aftermarket, working with regional leadership and global partners to grow market share and form strategic alliances.

The role requires 5+ years in business development or related fields, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate跨-functional, multicultural teams across Malaysia and Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, consulting, or project management.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with regional and multicultural teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead development and implementation of new business models in the Malaysian automotive aftermarket.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive market growth and expansion strategies.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, distribution channels, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with regional offices, HQ in Japan, and cross-functional teams for execution.
• Serve as liaison between Malaysia operations and global stakeholders for alignment.
• Conduct market intelligence, industry research, and competitive analysis to inform planning.
• Develop and deliver business proposals, management reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Oversee project implementation, milestones, and timelines to achieve objectives.
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations to build long-term relationships.
• Track performance and recommend initiatives to boost growth and efficiency.
